Overview of the Position :

-Be the entry point into Sidel organization for group account

-Define group strategic and business plan to develop relationship & sales with group account

-Coordinate account coverage & specific developments & projects with group accounts

-Harmonize pricing transversally toward the zone

-Coordinate & consolidate market & competition intelligence

-Business performance of the group accounts according to set BSC and objectives

-Coordinate and coach the customer service team (account teams) organization

-Lead and coach the sales team (account teams) organization

-Developing customer business plans

-Customer commercial investments

-Profitably increasing the market share in our core business

-Be accountable for performance of our products and services at Customer site

-Be an informed business partner with our Customers recognised for our market intelligence, technological advancement

-Be accountable for business cases (new product development, new operations)

-Responsible for providing in a timely manner forecasts and reporting to appropriate functions

-Lead implementation and enforce Key business processes and policies

Education & Languages :

- University Degree, MBA is preferable

Professional Skills & Experience :

-10 years similar work experience

-Technical & commercial background

-Commercial negotiation

-Leadership

-Presentation skill

-Communication skill

-Network animation

-Interpersonal relationship

-Reactivity
