职位描述：

有出色的英语能力.因为你要面对的是90%的国外客户和国际品牌；
至少3年以上社会化媒体营销、网络公关或数字营销工作经验，并至少1年团队管理经验；
熟悉 social&digital 媒体营销的各环节的执行工作；
热爱广告，享受其中的快乐与痛苦；

工作内容
1. 准确把握与引导客户需求，并将信息对项目执行人员进行有效传达，帮助项目的准确有效达成，保证客户满意度；
2. 为客户品牌制定营销策划方案，并且帮助客户提出CRM营销建议及解决方案；
3. 综合分析客户的产品、竞争对手等各方面的状况信息，不断挖掘客户需求；
4. 配合市场部及管理层，参与行业专项领域研究，并撰写行业洞察报告，提升公司解决方案能力；
5. 对项目案例进行整理分类，总结行业特点，制订不同行业的解决方案。

人员要求
1，拥有CRM项目实施相关经验，熟悉CRM项目实施全过程；
2，深入了解互联网行业，最好在微信或电商平台有过相关项目经验；
3，深入了解某个或多个领域（CRM、营销、数据分析、系统），并且在上述领域有过相关项目经验；
4，精通PPT、Word制作并有较强方案撰写能力；
5，优秀的知识总结及方案撰写能力；
6，优秀的方案讲解能力及商务沟通技巧；
7，计算机科学、营销、数据分析相关专业； 举报 分享
