职位描述：
Responsibilities:

1. According to the company's business objectives and strategies, establish, maintain and improve the membership management system, enhance the user's experience;

2.  Explore the characteristics and attributes of potential target customers, set up the customer level, and formulate the corresponding marketing strategy;

3.Collect the information and the life cycle management of members , to improve purchase rate and the amount of consumption of members and other indicators ;

4. Event's planning and budget control, analyze and summarize the results.

5 User's behavior analysis of the shopping process, clear coordination between various departments to provide support for process optimization;

6 Establish a complete tracking and evaluation system of marketing results, regular output adjustment strategy;

7 Collect relevant industry information, regular user's surveys and timely detection of user needs, for the direction of the member management.

岗位职责:                                   

1.根据公司经营目标与策略，建立、维护和完善会员管理体系，提升用户消费体验；
2.挖掘潜在目标客户的特征与属性，建立客户分层，并制定相应的精准营销策略；
3.对会员资料、会员生命周期的管理，重复购买率和会员消费金额等指标的提升；
4.活动的策划实施及预算控制，并对结果进行分析评估、总结和提高；
5.用户购物流程的行为分析，明确各部门之间的协调工作，为流程优化提供支持；
6.建立完整的营销效果跟踪评测体系，定期输出调整策略；
7.收集相关行业信息、定期用户调查并及时发现用户需求，为会员经营指明方向。 举报 分享
