职位描述：
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责：
1. Supplier searching and verification, focus on spare part suppliers consolidation. Working as the key window to suppliers.
2. Price and contract negotiation with suppliers. Supplier performance evaluation. Document control, including PO, contract, supplier certification and Invoice management
3. Be in keep with the requirements of cost, time schedule and quality, work closely with suppliers and internal departments to solve the problems.
4. Comply with the purchasing procedures of company strictly.
5. Continues improvement on the work.

KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求：
1、 Bachelor’s degree, major in mechanics preferred
2、 At least 5 years of purchasing experience with international companies. Familiar with spare parts items sourcing and procurement
3、 Relevant experience in automotive components industry preferred.
4、 Good oral and written English skill.
5、 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
6、 Proactive, self motivated.
7、 Able to work under pressure and challenge

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求：
- Educational: Bachelor Degree.
