Sales Manager
CHINA
Based in Shanghai

We are looking for an experienced sales manager to be active in sales and also head our sales team in Shanghai . To act as a Key driver and enabler of the profitability and growth of the specialty chemicals distribution business. This position plays a vital role in developing and implementing business strategies in accordance with the group’s vision.

Role Functions:
？ Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing/potential customers.
？ Coach, guide, motivate and train the sales force.
？ Define customer needs & product application to enhance achievements of sales targets.
？ Enhance customer relationship through meeting key accounts’ needs.
？ Analyze customer needs and industrial trends to update sales strategy on regular basis.
？ Achieve or exceed annual planned sales objectives for the assigned territory or market segment.
？ Flexible to travel up to 25% of working time.

Minimum Requirements:
？ 5 years proven sales experience in the chemical distribution in China and a proven record of sales and business growth within his/her last assignment.
？ Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Degree.
？ Must be familiar with all aspects of the chemical distribution industry and have established client contacts.
？ Have good interpersonal skills, presentations skills, customer focus, team player and is action oriented with "Hands-On" Mentality.
