职位描述

Position Summary:

In conjunction with the VP Asia Pacific, identify, develop, and optimize business opportunities for HaloSource Products in China. Primary focus will be to establish HaloPure as the number one industry solution for drinking water disinfection amongst key drinking water companies via an embedded cartridge model. Primary goal will be to drive partner company engagements and sales of HaloPure drinking water purification solutions to first tier multinational and local companies in China. Additional focus will be to Identify, evaluate and pursue opportunities for water clarification and treatment products in China.

Responsibilities:

· Serve as a key commercial business leader for the Drinking Water Business in China. Set high expectations for business performance and deliver results.

· With guidance from the GM Asia-Pac develop and carry out business strategy and execute select alliances and/or partnerships to build the business.

· Develop strong, executive-level relationships with key partners based upon trust, mutual respect, and shared value creation. Working with Senior Management, negotiate key commercial deals with selected partners.

· Deliver revenue and margin results in line with company objectives.

· Serve in account management role for large scale customers as primary contact for business opportunity improvement and future development needs.

· Develop business plans and presentations to communicate critical aspects of the business and support Company expectations.

· Track competitive technologies and position HaloPure technology to maximize business growth and profitability.

· Understand critical technical and regulatory matters and provide input to the technical team regarding priorities.

· Integrate technical, regulatory, commercial, and financial perspectives and communicate clearly with management, our partners, our shareholders, and outside entities.

· Obtain appropriate market and customer specific information to drive and support appropriate pricing decisions.

· In concert with the HaloSource product development team, screen potential partners for size of opportunity, speed to market, technical feasibility and other relevant factors.

· Consistently communicate product development needs and opportunities as the “voice of the customer”.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· MBA with technical or business undergraduate studies. Commensurate experience can be substituted for the MBA.

· Strong Technical background and aptitude (chemistry, biology, engineering)

· 10-15 years of commercial business experience in water treatment or related industries

· Strong record of success in driving and delivering on business goals with an emphasis on developing 1st tier global and local partners

· High level of intelligence; ability to quickly grasp complicated technical issues and explain them in appropriately simplified terms

· International business experience and cultural sensitivity

· Good financial skills and ability to develop and follow business plans

· Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with partners, colleagues, and customers.

· Experience in regulated industries

· Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese

· High degree of professionalism and cultural adaptability

· Demonstrated success in key account management and ability to work in cross-functional environment internally and externally.

· Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization – focusing on team success and individual accountability to broad/team-based results.

· Demonstrated leadership ability and future potential. Ability to work independently, as an individual contributor, and as a team-member of a broader strategic group.

· Potential and desire to lead the broader organization long-term. Ability to grow into a larger leadership role in a relatively short period of time.

· Comprehensive understanding (or willingness to learn fast) of the global drinking water market , key technologies, technology integration, products and market drivers

· Strongly self-motivated and results-driven

· Ability and desire to travel extensively (50%).
