职位描述：
岗位职责：

1、支持和维护粉丝堂名人网络监测、翻译、编辑和更新明星微博账户
2、定义、跟踪和报告社交媒体的电视节目、粉丝堂的品牌内容和持续的社交媒体计划
3、计划和协调中国社交媒体宣传，包括支持粉丝堂的品牌与明星、吸引新用户、高度参与支持和完成粉丝堂的各项目标
4、促进社交媒体宣传；发展确定关键影响力的社交媒体渠道合作伙伴
5、监测社交媒体渠道和竞争的趋势，了解市场变化和发展；运用这方面的知识提高社交媒体工作的有效性
6、与社交媒体团队协调内容计划，以保证尽可能的吸引人的内容。

任职要求：
1、母语中文，英语口语和书写流利（简历需要中英文）
2、通信、市场、商业、新媒体、公共关系或相关领域的学士学位
3、一年以上社会营销、广告或通讯相关工作经验。
4、inhouse经验者优先
5、有中国社交媒体运营经验，微信、微博经验尤佳
6、较强的沟通能力，书面和口头表达能力。

Responsibilities:

-Support and Maintain FansTang celebrity network in monitoring, translating, editing and updating the celebrity Weibo accounts
-Define, track, and report performance of social media metrics for TV shows, FansTang branded content, and ongoing social media initiatives
-Plan and coordinate Chinese social media campaigns that support FansTang brand together with celebrities, attracting new users, high engagement levels and also supporting FansTang in its revenue-driven goals
-Promote social media campaigns; develop partnerships with identified key influencers on social media channels
-Monitor trends in social media channels and the competition; be aware of market changes and developments; apply that knowledge to increase the effectiveness of social media efforts
-Coordinate the content plan with the social media team to guarantee best possible engaging content.

Requirements:
- Native Chinese and fluent in spoken and written English
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, Public Relations or a relevant field of work
- 1+ years related experience in social marketing, advertising or communications.
- Inhouse experience is a plus.
- China social media experience, especially WeChat and Weibo experience is highly appreciated.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Great passion for social media marketing and Hollywoood entertainment
- Well-developed understanding and knowledge of Chinese social media platforms
- Creative, pro-active, calm under pressure and fantastic interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and organization skills
- Fair technical knowledge and can pick up new tools quickly 举报 分享
