- Responsibility to develop Food Service communication to target customer through multi-channel with focus on digitalization. Build digital and target communication strategy, planning, implement communication, develop relevant message and content in line with company strategy
- Leverage all kind of digital media channels, target media such as trade magazine, association to maximize exposure of METRO Food Service brand and USP to targeted audience, driving brand performance from awareness to conversion to sales and advocacy.
- Deep dive to the big data gained from digital media exposure to analyze the channels performance ( CPC, CPV and ROI, etc.) to understand the effectiveness and efficiency of each channels for digital campaign optimization.
- Explore creative and new communication approach to maximize reach to target customer
- Responsible to develop FSD Apps, wechat, email communication to interact and engage customer
- Enhance MCC CN online (web and mobile site)’s customer’s experience
- Formulating the annual media and communication strategy plan in line with marketing plan & promotion plan
- Setting up the right processes and timelines for media campaign with all the stakeholders involved
- Co-ordinate with brand content team to ensure the media materials to be delivered to media vendor on time
- Setting up the measureable KPI and right benchmark for each media campaign, e.g. Effective reach, clicks, etc.
- Monitor / track the media performance in real-time via 3rd party tool and manage the media agency to optimize the media buying strategy timely
- Deep dive into the big data gained from digital media campaign and evaluate the media effectiveness and efficiency
- Analyze customer media behaviour, for relevant content to select target media to commucicate such as
- -Own media (Online- wechat, website, email)
- -Paid media (Online- such as SEM, banner, online TV, KOL, news feed, public account; offline: PR, billboard (tbd), booklet, trade magazine, delivery trucks)
- -Association
- Organize customer event, customer’s visit METRO such as for kindergarten/education canteen customer) and customer panel
- Prepare and attend activity held by association and event organization
- Complete the bi-weekly / monthly / quarterly report and present to top management timely
- Monitor earned voice of METRO and key competitors in social environment
- Support to manage marketing budget
Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in Economics, FSD / Horeca Business Management , Marketing or related subjects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Good at Microsoft programs, especially excel and PPT.
- Data analysis, reporting skills.
- Minimum 5 years of Digital Marketing, Sales and / or Customer Management experience , preferably in HoReCa / FSD trading channel
- Knowledge in the Dry / Fresh / Ultra Fresh product categories, promotion
- Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress
- Target and result driven
- Intrinsic motivation for customer care
- Strong analytical, conceptual and organisational skills
- Has an “out of the box” way of thinking (open for change, innovative)
- Energetic and driven with a real hands on approach to the job
