职位描述：

1、 审核甲方提供的机电方面的图纸，发现疑问，及时与甲方或相关设计沟通；

2、 协调项目参与各方的工作，如业主、设计院、总包及分包等，及时发现问题，解决问题；

3、 向施工单位进行机电方面的技术交底；

4、 监督、控制机电专业的质量、进度、成本及安全施工；

5、 监督工程施工，对工程进度及变更进行有效控制；

6、 项目经理或现场经理安排的其他工作；

7、工作地点：江浙沪；

8、有酒店、商业、高端工业建筑经验。10年以上工作经验。

职位要求：

1、 机电专业，本科及以上；

2、 10年以上建筑机电工程的工作经验，参与过国际性工程项目（工业自动化厂房）者优先；

3、 良好的沟通能力，流利的中文；英语说写能力佳优先；

4、 熟悉办公软件操作能力（Word，Excel），CAD绘图软件；熟悉进度计划编制软件Project优先；

5、 具有独立工作能力，勤奋并有创新意识；

6、 持相关专业资格证书者尤佳。

Mechanical Engineer

Job Description:

1. Review the MEP drawings provided by the Designers and Client. Discuss and solve the design issues with relevant parties if required.

2. Coordinate with the Client, Designer, General Contractor, subcontractors or others to identify problem and solve it during construction in a timely and proper manner.

3. Arrange meetings to clarify the MEP issues with relevant members.

4. Supervise, control and assure the quality, progress, costs and safety of the MEP installation for the project.

5. Supervision of the construction and carrying out effective control over the progress and change of the works;

6. Other works assigned by the Project Manager or Site Manager.

Qualifications:

1. MEP engineering education background, Bachelor or above.

2. 5 years’ working experience or above. International project (industry factory project) experience is preferred.

3. Good communication skills, fluent in Chinese and English with excellent bilingual written ability is preferred.

4. Proficiency in MS office software (Word, Excel), Auto CAD. Familiar with Micro Project is preferred.

5. Diligence, independence and awareness of innovation are favored.

6. Relevant qualification certificates in related fields are appreciated but not essential
