职位描述：
Duties
1. As the key coordinate person in Hand Carry Business in Main China.
2. Coordinate between shipper and Customs Broker
3. Assist with quoting pick-ups & transit times to PVG
4. Assist with any special packaging / re-packaging / labeling, etc required
5. Meet and greet for Flyers at PAX Terminal for briefing
6. Coordinate local pool of flyers
7. Coordinate Pick Ups with shippers & Truckers (possibly incl. actually doing pick up by taxi on occasion)
8. Later once past probation and shown themselves to be trustworthy assist with paying excess baggage, flyers fees & tax & duties, if required.
9. Retrieve and communicate POD’s
10. Internal Billing for jobs handled in to and out of PVG (ultimate bill to customer will be coordinated in HK)

Requirements:
1. Good Spoken & Written English, CET6 or above.
2. Bachelor degree or above
3. Computer Literate incl Outlook, Excel & MS Office
4. 2-3 years air-freight operation experience preferred
5. Flexible, enthusiastic & willing to work overtime, if required.
