职位描述：
工作职责：
1） 参与公司包括多糖，寡糖，糖衍生物及小分子抑制剂等糖化学试剂产品的研发，包括植物，微生物及动物组织来源多糖的提取、分离纯化、纯度和结构表征，衍生化等。
2） 在主管的指导下，能独立完成产品开发并撰写工艺总结，进行相关产品的资料整理。
3） 定期向主管进行项目和工作汇报。

任职资格：
1） 天然产物化学、天然高分子化学、应用化学、有机化学、分析化学、食品工程、生物化学及相关专业本科及以上学历。
2） 熟悉凝胶过滤、离子交换等各种层析技术、Waters HPLC等分析设备，NMR、LC-MS、IR等分子量和结构解析方法。
3） 有天然产物尤其是糖类物质提取分离和结构鉴定经验者优先。
4） 有化学合成及结构鉴定尤其是糖化学合成经验者优先。
5） 有从事肝素、透明质酸等糖胺聚糖研究经验者优先。
6） 熟练的英文读写能力。
7） 较强的学习能力及动手能力。
8） 工作认真踏实，性格乐观向上，较强的责任心和上进心及良好团队协作精神。

Member of the board of directors of the first "Society of Glyco-Drugs, China Biochemical Pharmaceutical Industry Association (SGD)". GlycoNovo specializes in the development and production of unique high quality reliable chemical and biological reagents, and provision of technical services for scientific research and biomedical industries related in glycosciences, to advance glycosciences. At present, four patents have been applied for. Meanwhile, we are being involved in the discovery and development of carbohydrate-based in vitro diagnostic products (IVD) and new drugs for treatment of glycol-function related diseases.
Till now, GlycoNovo has produced many reagents including tool enzymes for GAGs research, carbohydrates, antibodies, etc. Our clients include BMC at Uppsala University, Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences, etc. Meanwhile, one project on “first in class” new drug R&D is in the progress of preclinical investigation, and many projects are under evaluation. The members of teams are from Chinese Academy of Sciences and ever working in Sweden honored with Pujiang Talent.
