职位描述：
1. Inspect the purchased raw material & components 进料检验
 - Patrol inspection and final parts inspection 过程及成品检验
2.Prepare and measure the purchased raw material & component which needs IQC according to requirement
   根据要求进行进料检验。
 - Manage documents, records, reports and gauges for incoming inspection 做好检验记录及检举维护
 - Inspect the parts within required time after the parts are received. 按规定将零件及时检出来
 - Prepare and measure the parts and process according to requirement根据要求进行零件及过程检验
  -Monitoring and control the process and quality 监视及控制过程及质量
 3. Suggest and assist to choose the proper way to inspect the final parts and process
        建议及协助选择合适的检测成品及过程方法
4. Suggest the possible raw material & component and suggest to remove the raw material & component according to inspection result为供应商业绩提供依据
 5. Assist QC engineer to do necessary job 协助工程师作相关工作
 6. Suggest the proper equipment or gauges to measure parts 协助选择合适的检具
 7. Suggest and assist to update or modify inspection instruction 协助更新检验指导书
 8. Support to do some parts qualification when necessary 根据需要提供质量合格证明
 9. Make sure the complaints and PPM due to unconformity of process and final parts under certain level through inspection and control and supporting production to improve quality.推动生产质量改

任职要求：
1. technical secondary school above 中专以上学历
2. more than 1 year work experience 1年以上检验工作相关经验
1.basic knowledge of gauges and instruments 懂得检具使用及维护
2.stat. and word/excel knowledge is preferred 有统计知识、熟悉电脑操作者优先
