职位描述：
POSITION PURPOSE:

Under the direct lead of the Assistant Production Manager, to be responsible for manufacturing control in the fiber workshop.
在生产经理的领导下，负责光纤车间的日常生产工作。

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor degree+, degree in an optic fiber or mechanical preferred.
本科以上，光纤或机械相关专业为佳。
2. 5+ years assembly experience of an international manufacturing company.
5年以上外企装配线工作经验。
3. Good Command of English both in Writing.
良好的英语读写能力。
4. Experience with assembly process, familiar with fiber assembly.
精通装配线经验，熟悉光纤装配。
5. Experience with application of lean manufacturing techniques and systems.
熟悉精益生产。
6. Good leadership skills and a good team player.
良好的领导能力和团队意识。
7. Ability to use Ms-office,
熟练运用Ms-office。
8. Familiar with ISO9000 and ISO14001, know ISO18000.
熟悉ISO9000 和ISO14001体系，了解ISO18000。

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Assists in monitoring and management of production process，maintains efficiency of assembly line.
协助监控和管理生产过程，保持良好生产效率。
2. Solve process or quality problems during production.
处理，解决生产现场的装配工艺问题， 和质量问题。.
3. Production equipment, fixture maintenance, repairing, improvement and troubleshooting.
生产设备、 夹具的维护保养，修理，改进和应急故障排除。
4. Developed fiber jumper assembly/termination process, and start to mass production.
光纤跳线装配工艺的开发，以及实现量产。
5. Assists to production line migration.
协助新生产线的移转。
6. Assists SCP engineering department as process engineering function, and utilize SCP production line to make engineering samples.
协助解决工程部门研发过程中的装配工艺问题，以及利用SCP的生产线试作样品。
7. Make the work instruction and the inspection instruction.
编制作业指导书和检查指导书。
8. Assists in the layout of the assembly area.
协助装配线的场地规划。
9. Assists in disposal of non-confirming parts.
协助处理不良品。
10. Assists in safety of production.
协助负责安全生产。
11. Responsible for promoting EMS and identifying environment aspects in production department. Assist in establish the system of ISO9000 and ISO14001.
负责本部门的环境质量方针推进和环境因素的识别, 协助建立ISO9000 和ISO14001体系。
12. Supporting to NPD, ECR in SCP Engineering or SCP related with PDM responsibility.
针对SCP工程部门有关的, 或者是SCP有关的NPD 或 ECR等，协助建立、修改相应的产品数据到Oracle系统里。
13. Performs all other duties as assigned.
