职位描述：
Position Title: Sales administration executive – Vietnamese
Report to: Sales administration manager
Job Location: 201 Kang Qiao Dong Road, Pudong District, Shanghai, China
Salary range: 10-12k/m

Descriptions:
Process customers’ parts sales orders and quotations
Ensure accurate and timely response to the requests from customers
Create invoices, credit notes and related documents.
Follow up order & delivery proactively from end to end, which involves co-
ordination with relevant functions(planning & logistics) for better lead time and solutions
Implement and follow up processes and operating procedures
Handle customer claims
Generate regular report for tracking
Contribute & commit to continuous improvements

Qualifications:
College/University degree
Min. 3 years working experience in sales co-ordination, order follow-up and
customer liaison
Language skills - good English and Vietnamese skills in both written and spoken
SAP knowledge is preferred and good Microsoft office skills
Good communication skill s and service minded
Hard working, pay attention to details and willing to take responsibility
