要求
Requirements
1. 3年以上质量工作经验；（塑料件管理经验）
Min.3 years’ experience in components quality management of supplier;
2. 熟悉TS16949质量体系和过程审核(VDA6.3),有内审员证书或者QSB/VDA证书为佳
Familiar with TS16949 system and process audit (eg. VDA6.3),has internal auditor certificate;
3. 熟悉ISO14001环境管理体系及OHSAS18001职业、安全和健康体系；
Familiar with EHS , ISO14001 and OHSAS18001;
4. 有量产后供应商的管理经验，并熟悉入库检验的相关工作，流程和管理方法
Good negotiation and communication skills;
5. 英语良好；
Good spoken and written English;
6. 熟悉质量工具五大手册以及汽车行业的主要的问题分析工具，诸如鱼骨图和8D
Similar to Quality Manual & Automotive 8D analysis tooling, such as fishbone and 8D
7. 有良好的团队合作精神和协调能力
Good teamwork and cooperation
8. 有较强的抗压能力，并能适应加班要求
High anti-pressure ability, suitable for OT

岗位职责
Job Responsibility
1. 负责原材料入库检验的相关工作，包括但不限于原材料入库检验指导书的建立和更新维护；检验员的日常管理；检具量具的操作指导书和相关培训以及日常检验工作的规划安排
Be responsible for incoming daily working, include but not only for incoming inspection WI building & update, inspector management, gauge WI building & training
2. 支持入库检验的相关专业需求，并支持入库检验指导书的水平更新
Support for incoming working requirement as parts
3. 负责完成供应商的过程审核和飞行审核，支持CSQ一起完成供应商的年度审核计划
Be responsible for supplier process audit and flying audit, work with CSQ to finish supplier AS2 audit
4. 参与供应商变更引起的TFC和合同评审；相关的PPAP文件审核和批准，并包括必要的现场生产件批准程序
Work with Buyer for TFC and CR review for supplier change, be responsible for PPAP review and approval, include necessary PPAP trial run
5. 支持采购和CSQ的新供应商选择以及量产供应商的质量表现评估
Support Buyer & CSQ for new supplier audit & SOP supplier’s quality performance estimation
6. 负责量产原材料不良的分析，并推动供应商改进，运用NCM管理工具和8D分析工具，跟踪并负责供应商不符合报告的关闭
Be responsible for raw material NCM analysis, push supplier improve through NCM management tooling & 8D tooling, follow and close NCM
7. 负责量产供应商零部件问题的水平展开，并支持CSQ推动区域内的水平展开工作
Be responsible for SOP part’s yokoten in supplier side, support CSQ for region supplier yokoten
8. 负责月度供应商质量表现打分；配合采购和CSQ一起推动红黄色供应商改进
Be responsible for monthly supplier score, work with Buyer and CSQ for red/yellow supplier improvement
9. 配合项目SQ跟踪新项目阶段的AS412管理
Support Project SQ for AS412 status for new project
10. 负责供应商年度试验管理
Be responsible for annual test
11. 推动并协助项目SQ解决在项目开发中出现的原材料不符合问题，并保证不符合问题的关闭
Work with project SQ for NCM before hand-off, push to close NCM
12. 负责与项目SQ确认符合标准的零部件交接转移
Be responsible for project hand-off with Project SQ
13. 负责客户或者内部发起的相关供应商各类调查表以及客户审核活动
Be responsible for investigation from customer & internal, support for customer audit
14. 推动供应商的系统改进以及同类供应商的水平展开
