职位描述：
一、岗位职责：

1、负责职场信息系统的运营维护、安全防范与管理，保证职场信息系统的安全、平稳运行；
2、负责职场的信息系统升级和技术支持，及时解决出现的各类技术故障；
3、参与新上业务系统的测试工作，组织资产管理公司、咨询公司、交易公司要求的各种测试工作；
4、监控各类业务软件、硬件的运行情况；
5、协助职场有关信息技术方面问题的处理。

二、任职资格：

1、大学专科或以上，计算机相关专业毕业；
2、1年以上企业运营维护、网络管理；
3、熟悉投资咨询相关的系统维护工作；
4、熟练掌握操作系统、数据库、网络维护等计算机技术；
5、具备较强的沟通、协调能力；
6、具有较强的责任心；
7、能够接受法定范围内的轮班、加班（依法发放加班、夜班补贴）。

三、薪酬、福利与职业发展规划：

2、月度基本工资；
3、年度体检；
4、年度奖金（依据绩效）；
5、每季度不少于8小时的通识培训；
