职位描述：
Thirsty Work Productions (TWP), creator of DRiNK Magazine, is looking for an experienced content creator to implement and develop our digital content across all digital platforms, including our own website and social media channels.
For the right candidate, the position will provide an opportunity to contribute creatively and strategically to both existing and future digital products, and in the future lead the development of a core part of our business.
 
The job will include:
·Maintaining and developing the company’s website and official accounts on both Chinese and English language platforms.
·Meeting with editorial, marketing and design teams to plan and develop content, style and appearance, and ensure consistency across all channels.
·Editing and proofreading digital content, to ensure all content meets DRiNK Magazine standards.
· Develop and maintain content schedules, to ensure all digital activity – editorial and commercial – progresses to plan.
·Working with both our Shanghai and Singapore teams to implement digital marketing and social media strategies relevant to different target markets.
·Taking charge of digital reporting, analysis and the monitoring and tracking of website usage and social media users/followers.
·Developing story ideas and content themes
 
Applicants for the position should:
·Have 2+ years of online journalism or digital marketing experience, from either a publication, digital agency or within a multinational company working as a consumer-facing digital professional
·Be a strong and confident communicator who is able to work independently and interact effectively with all members in a team.
·Have a proven flair and track record with social and digital media, with an ability to see the bigger picture.
·Be well organized, work to deadlines and possess a strong eye for detail.
·Be fluent in Chinese and English, both spoken and written.

工作职责：
·维护和运营公司的官方网站以及所有新媒体账号（中英文）。
·与编辑、市场和设计部门沟通交接，策划各个平台的内容，确保风格的一致性。
·编辑并校验发布在线上的所有内容，确保其符合《饮迷》杂志的标准。
·制定内容发布计划，确保所有的线上内容（采编或付费）按期顺畅发布。
·与上海和新加坡团队共同制定针对不同群体的线上营销和社交媒体战略。
·定期撰写线上运营报告与分析，监控并记录网站以及新媒体访问流量以及用户数。
·构思线上发布的内容，策划主题。
 
任职要求：
·有超过两年的数字媒体或线上营销工作经验（纸媒、新媒体机构或跨国公司的线上营销部门）。
·有极强的沟通能力、自信，可以独立完成工作任务；也可以与团队中的每位成员协作、高效完成任务。
·能够展示在数字媒体（尤其是社交媒体）方面取得的成就，对这一领域有自己独到的见解和预见。
·有良好的组织能力，能按时完成任务，关注细节。
