岗位职责

Scientist of Molecular Biology- (Location: Shanghai)

Responsibility:

Several exciting openings, as Scientist in a brand new team that will focus on the most recent technology of cell based immunotherapy. The ideal candidate will be trained and working directly with Top scientists from an international Pharma, to conduct research in Cancer Immunotherapy field. The title will be based on the actual experience of candidates.

Candidates are expected to meet (can be one of) the following requirements:

MS in cell and molecular biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, genetics or any other relevant areas. Skill sets including:

1. Analytical, detail-oriented, organized, efficient, problem-solver, adaptable, independent but also works well in a cross-functional team
2. Strong experience in mammalian cell culture (cell thawing, subculture and cryopreservation)
3. Experienced in cell transfection techniques
4. Virology skills: Lenti Viral production and tittering
5. Experience in FACS based analysis
6. Experience in basic protein characterization skills (SDS-PAGE, Western blot, BCA and ELISA)
7. Experience in molecular biology skills including DNA and RNA extraction, PCR, RT-PCR and qPCR.

8. Highly Desired:
a. Hands-on experience with Lenti Viral production and tittering
b. FACS based analysis
c. ELISA
d. qPCR

9. English: speaking English, strong in writing and record keeping.
