工作描述(采购助理):
1. 订单追踪:
* 在收到国外订单需求之后和工厂确认付款方式, 出货日期,并反馈给国外;
* 和国外同事联系并确认订单中所有信息的准确性, 包括价格, 产品描述, 条形码等;
* 和工厂确认产品包装信息, 包括外箱唛头, 追踪标, 包材质量等。
2. 产品开发:
* 和国外同事联系, 拿到并理解需要开发的产品或类目的相关信息;
* 联系相关的工厂, 进行新产品资料梳理并跟踪打样进程;
* 和国外同事及时沟通新产品开发的进度和问题, 确保整个产品开发流程的顺利进展。
3. 货运安排:
* 联系国外同事和货代来安排出货事宜;
* 每周核实工厂的生产进度和出货安排, 做好表格并提交相关信息给经理;
* 联系指定货代, 帮助工厂安排订舱;
* 追踪工厂装柜信息, 收集相关出货资料并提交给国外同事;
4. 日常办公室工作, 具体由自己的部门经理分派;
应聘条件:
1. 大学本科学历,主修国际贸易或商业管理;
2. 良好的书面英语, 用于日常邮件沟通;
3. 良好的电脑应用技能,熟悉office 操作系统, 特别是word, excel 和 PowerPoint;
4. 良好的沟通技巧和好的人际交往能力;
5. 1-2年在外贸行业的工作经验;
6. 有幽默感和良好的团队合作精神。
工资和福利:

Our major market is in US, and we have expanded to Europe, Australia, South America and South East Asia in recent years. We have offices in China, Vietnam, Thailand, and India, with a strong company culture and also a vigorous spirit, we looking forward to have you join us.
Job Description (Buying Assistant)
1. Responsible for order following up:
* Confirm payment term, shipment date;
* Deal with US office to provide correct product information to factories, including product code, description, UPC code, etc.
* Communicate with factories to confirm packing details, i.e. carton marking, tracking sticker, packing material (cardboard thickness), etc.
2. Product Development
* Deal with US office; get the information for new product/category;
* Contact with factory and get the new samples done according to request;
* Giving feedback to US colleague, summarize new product/category development.
3. Deal with US office and freight forwarder to arrange shipment for factories:
* Check each factory’s shipment date by weekly base, send report to the manager;
* Contact with freight forwarder to help factory to arrange shipment;
* Track container loading, shipment date, gather paperwork right after container loaded or according to US office’ requirement;
4. General Office Work.
Qualification
1. Bachelor degree, major in international trading or business management;
2. Good written English.
3. Good computer skill, familiar with the MS office, especially word, excel, PowerPoint;
4. Good communication skill and strong interpersonal ability;
5. 1-2 year working experience in international trading, merchandizing;
6. Sense of humor and good teamwork spirit.
Salary and social welfare
Annual Salary + Social welfare.
Year end bonus, depends on work performance.
