职位描述：

a. Qualifications

? University degree in the field of production engineering automotive, mechanical engineering or apprenticeship as tool maker

? Several years of work experience of as project manager

? Profound knowledge in tool manufacturing

? Experience with CAD Systems such as CATIA or AutoCAD

? Knowledge about methods such as MTM, REFA, value stream mapping and Lean Management

? Knowledge in digital production planning with tools as Delmia, eM Designer or eM-Planner

? Willingness to travel national and international

? High degree of personal responsibility and good communication skills

? Good English language skills in written and spoken are mandatory, German language skills are a plus.

b. Responsibilities

? Leading organizing and implementation of tool shop projects

? Planning, tracking of costs as well as taking responsibility of costs and budgets

? Responsibility for checking and ensuring the quality of the tools

? Responsibility of tracking the project schedule and making sure the project progress meets the plan

? Analyzing of supplier offers and finding potentials for cost reductions

? Taking part at allocation meetings with potential suppliers

? Supplier evaluation

? Evaluation of time schedules, method plans and tool construction with the technical departments of the customers

? Working out optimized production concepts with high reliability of the process

? Participating or leading pre acceptances

? Defining flaws of the quality of the tools, aligning plans how to correct them and creation of documentation of the flaws for example of the surface or the dimensions

? Participation when introducing the new tools in the factories

? Participation of product quality evaluation and working out of tool optimization measures with the tool supplier

? Cooperation with car development divisions regarding production feasibility, costs and timelines

? Negotiation about change costs with suppliers
