职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、认真实现公司执行的质量方针和质量目标； 
2、 负责主管零部件的质量管理，质量检验和制造过程的质量控制，当出现存在的或是潜在的质量问题时，提出的纠正和预防措施，并跟踪验证实施效果； 
3、负责主管零部件质量问题的质量分析，质量推进计划的执行和实施、质量改进的跟踪以及质量问题的最终关闭； 
4、 负责主管零部件退回旧件的质量检验、质量分析及质量推进计划的执行和实施； 
5、负责主管零部件供应商的质量管理，年度试验计划的实施月度检验合格率的统计以及对供应商提出质量奖惩建议； 
6、 负责指导帮助审核主管零部件检验员的工作； 
7、对降低主管零部件的质量成本提出改进建议； 
8、 按部门周例会、月度工作计划的要求按期完成交给自己的工作；
9、按照质量手册和程序文件的要求，协调质量管理部和各部门之间的工作；

任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，电子、机械、自动化、质量等相关专业；
2、3年以上质量管理工作经验；
3、熟悉ISO16949体系，具有品质管理经验；
4、熟悉品质管理手法，能够编制质量管理系统文件；
5、有质量管理体系建设经验。
6、灵活应变的处事能力，有较强的说服、教育、组织能力；
7、踏实勤恳，执著敬业，富有团队精神。 举报 分享
