Report to: Financial Controller

Overall, this position is to be in charge of the China/Korea/Australia Company daily product cost analysis, project profitability, implement and ensure the process of item master data maintenance, sales forecast, production capacity planning and purchasing annual volume forecast.

Responsibilities:
1. Product Cost: Review and verify the new/existing product’s cost, ensure the product standard cost is maintained punctually. Find out and highlight cost saving opportunity/risk for products.
2. Production Cost: Work with production team to review the daily/weekly production jobs, OSP (out-side processing) jobs, identify the materials usage variance, provide follow-up and action plan.
3. Purchasing Cost: Work with purchasing team to review the monthly PPV (Purchase Price Variance), provide follow-up and action plan.
4. Project Cost: Work with project manager to collect cost data, review the profitability of each project from each customer and identify the project with lower profit.
5. Operating Cost: Analysis the trend of different operating expense (SG&A, Overhead, etc.), identify and highlight any cost risk or saving for management.
6. Develop good practice of cost analysis reports for management
7. Provide ROI/NPV analysis for every investment
8. Other ad-hoc analysis of investment or production improvement
9. Is the Oracle ERP process leader, to monitor and push the “gate review” process to complete status.
10. Implement the full forecast process by using sales forecast data.
11. Ensure the accuracy of COG (Cost of Goods), based on BOM (Bill of Material) and IHS sales volume
12. Verify and analysis the sales forecast report, production capacity planning, purchasing materials forecast based on IHS data.
13. Ensure all the Oracle item master data are correctly maintained.
14. Is the link with US Oracle team, provide solution and trouble-shooting to local team in China/Korea.

Requirements:
1. Strong ownership / leadership to work, follow up for daily tasks. Be accountable and responsible.
2. Good communication skill, a team player. Be able to work smoothly and efficiently with other colleague among different departments.
3. Strong accounting knowledge.
4. Work actively for difficulty and provide solutions/suggestions.
5. Is result oriented.
6. Experience of being ERP system key user (Oracle is a + )
7. BA degree, major in accounting / finance.
8. 5-8 years working experience in costing / manufacturing plant.
