职位描述：
Admin:
 Daily schedule arrangement for GM, incl. travel schedule, schedule meeting and other related admin. works.
 Weekly report consolidation and other internal slides preparations if needed
 Travel arrangement for visitors/local employees incl. accommodation, visa application, flight booking
 Coordinate/organize events, such as sales meeting, quarterly leadership meeting…etc.
 Office operation: prepare for monthly cleaning items; furniture/desks/cabinet repair; office safety maintenance; supervise the office administrative works to ensure the smoothly running
 Company brochure/material design coordination; help with trade show for food/personal care/lubricant

HR:
Build/manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure , incl. emplyee's onboard, probation, transfer, promotion, exit, termination, etc.
Maintain HR policy, procedure and programs
Maintain HR data, turnover & headcount reports
Provide letters, contracts, correspondence, forms and other related document
Manage holiday benefits/annual medical check process provided by external vendors
Coordinate with recruiting events, incl. interview conduction, vendor management, draft announcement…etc.
Performance management, make the time schedule, collect each dept. performance appraisal
Internal communication, internal news letter, etc.
