责任:
1.Align to the business unit’s strategic growth in the Industrial 4.0 development.
2.Roles to be responsible for the business development in Manufacturing Automation and solution (e.g. Collaborative Robots)
3.Work together with Technical and Service Team in solution offering and to achieve desirable sales result.
4.Develop new clientele base and stay regularly in touch with existing customers to gain real understanding of their concerns and business needs for the Manufacturing Automation and Robotic business development.
5.Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
6.Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
7.Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans.
8.Gather market intelligence and prepare monthly sales forecasting reports to management
9.Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
10.Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
11.Work closely with Technical, Service Team and Internal parties to achieve desirable sales result
要求:
1.Education Level: Bachelor Degree of Engineering / Science / Business Administration
2.Professional Qualification:
3.Experience (including years): 5 – 8 years Sales /Business development in manufacturing industry
4.Language Skills: Profiicency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
5.Computer Skills: Microsoft Office
6.Other Requirements (e.g., functional competencies, attributes, soft skills, travel requirement, etc):
7.Sound knowledge and experience in manufacturing operation and process
8.Understand the general concept of industrial 4.0
9.Experience (including years): 5 – 8 years Sales /Business development in manufacturing industry
