职位描述：
Specific Responsibilities and Main Duties具体的职责任务：
- To provide a friendly welcome to all guests at all times在任何时候友好的欢迎所有的客人。
- To answer all telephone calls, requests and enquiries with a friendly, warm and professional manner回答所有的电话，用友好，热情和专业的方式回答客人的请求和查询。
- To manage all reservations in the outlet with the objective of maximizing seat turnover ratio and increasing sales为管理与最大限度地增加座位周转率和销售目标，来增加营业收入。
- To guide guests to the table effectively积极引导客人到餐台。
- To manage the cloakroom管理衣帽间。
- To ensure that Hostess maintain stations clean at all times在任何时间确保迎宾区域的清洁工作。
- To have an excellent knowledge of the reservations system, to maintain and update regularly outlet’s reservation system有良好的预定系统知识。保持并定期更新预定系统。
- To regularly update the customer’s database定期更新客人的数据。

Job Requirement 岗位要求:
- Have good image, temperament and good health.五官端正,气质良好, 身体健康。
- Be able to work in afternoon and night shift. 能适应上中晚班。
- Preferable with related working experience.有相关工作经验者优先录用。
