As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a motivated, experienced BD professional to complement our offshore sales team. Responsibilities include selling consulting, Technology and procurement outsourcing solutions. Demonstrated success will lead to added responsibilities as well as superior earnings potential.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently, however through effective collaboration with regional sales managers; manage & build prospect pipeline by nurturing inbound leads & identifying new prospects through primary research/cold calling.
Designation:- Business Development - Associate /Sr.Associate
Experience:- 1-2 yrs experience in B2B Technology Sales/BD environment
Duties & Responsibilities :-
- Identify, Build & Manage Prospects pipeline for assigned region within China & neighboring countries
- Manage and action upon inbound (Email & Marketing) leads to ensure a consistent funnel
- Cold Call/Email, executive research, assist in email campaigns, nurture accounts, collaborate with Sales Lead until opportunity generation
- Establish contact and build rapport with potential clients, identify decision-makers and introduce GEP
- Generate/Guage interest for Techology/Service offerings, position GEP’ value proposition and ensure smooth transition to Sales Lead
- Schedule conference calls/demos/F2F for Onsite/Regional Managers/VPs and assist them in qualifying leads and help with follow ups
- Maintain and Update records in CRM & related Sales tools
Required Profile :
- Graduation is compulsory
- Basic knowledge of MS office tools and CRM (e.g. Salesforce, MS Dynamics, BCM)
- Willing to work regular shifts (9.00 am – 6 pm) – Weekdays Only
- Based out of or around Shanghai City
Metrics for success to include:
- Calls made
- Quality of leads generated
- Proposals submitted
- Business closed
