职位描述：
1、大专或以上学历，38岁以下，形象佳，素质好；
2、具有3年以上服装销售经验；
3、具有良好的表达能力，责任心强，良好的团队合作精神与工作抗压能力；
4、能吃苦，有耐心，有条理；
5、为人正直、诚实、热情，作风正派；
6、具有高度的责任心，协助分管领导开展工作；
7、具备较强的组织能力、市场分析能力，较好的沟通、协调能力。
职责：
1、在销售部经理领导下负责具体销售工作。
2、根据公司整体经营目标，参与制定销售计划，同时制定本组每月销
售计划，掌握销售进度。
3、定期组织汇报销售情况，编制销售报表，定期报送经理。
4。每日确认各业务员当日业绩。
5、根据销售计划，参与制定和调整销售方案（策略），并负责具体销
售方案实施。
6、根据公司规定，定期对业务员进行考核。
7、组织销售培训，支持员工对新的工作方法或流程的实践。
8 、负责培训及市场调研，提交市场调查报告。
