岗位职责：

1. 负责做好地下工程、主体结构及其他指派工程验收的前期工作；

2. 熟读本专业的施工图和施工技术规范，施工流程；

3. 监督施工质量，负责对所管理工程质量、进度、安全、文明实施动态跟踪管理，发现问题及时处理，并将问题处理结果通报

直属领导及施工单位项目负责人；

4. 参加各分部、分项工程的验收工作和竣工验收工作；

5. 进行施工单位，顾问，监理的协调工作；

6. 完成上级交办的其他事务。

人员要求：

1. 土建专业专科或以上学历；

2. 持有相关专业资格证书；

3. 具有8年或以上相关行业的工作经验，有深基坑施工经验者优先；

4. 有大型外资房地产企业工作经验者优先；

5. 熟悉房地产法规及程序；

6. 做事认真负责,积极主动,有良好的解决问题的能力；

7. 具基本英语沟通技能；
