岗位职责：

1. 起草项目预算报告；

2. 协助管理招投标工作；

3. 协助管理顾问、建工单位合约；

4. 定期制作预算、成本及付款进度报告；

5. 审查及完成建设和付费阶段的账目报告；

6. 跟踪项目建设成本和监督预算执行；

7. 协助管理竣工结算工作。

人员要求：

1. 建筑经济类专业本科或以上学历；

2. 持有注册造价工程师职称者优先考虑；

3. 熟悉各项建筑工程造价估算、成本控制及合约管理，并能熟练的操作Microsoft Excel软件；

4. 有七年或以上本行业或相关行业工作经验；

5. 曾参与大规模商办项目，有造价顾问公司或外资房地产工作经验者优先考虑；

6. 具有基本的英语及较强的文字组织表达能力
