Accountant
 
EXPERBUY is a French group specialized in Purchasing & Procurement service. Located in France, USA, Nordics countries, Romania, Germany, and China. For our Shanghai Branch, we are currently looking for an Accountant.

SUMMARY
Undertakes all financial and administrative aspects of Shanghai Agency.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: Under management of Shanghai Finance Manager and General Manager.
Process the financial and administrative operations connected to operations with our customers, our suppliers and other third parties in compliance with ExperBuy procedures. This comprises in particular the generation of financial and administrative documents, operation follow-up, third party information and dispute management.

The successful applicant will assist line manager to handle all aspects of accounting and tax issues, including daily AP/AP/ GL/ FA, bank reconciliation, balance account reconciliation and monthly VAT declaration and reporting.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- College degree in business, accounting, or finance with advanced coursework/degree in accounting. Chinese Accountant certification.
- At least 5 years of financial and managerial experience in an international company. Familiar with inter-group operations.
- Experience and knowledge on local and import-export business, as well as Chinese tax law.
- Familiar with ERP system, and Fapiao editing system.
- Language skill : Chinese as mother language, English operational, French will be appreciated.
- Results driven, strong analytical skills, detail orientation, proactive, organized, actively participate with local operation staff.
- Able to Communicate with Management in China and virtually (phone, email) in France.
