职位描述：
? 审核各项报销、付款申请，确保所有采购及费用支付都能及时收到正确的供应商发票。
Check the payment applications and make sure to collect all the right invoices in time.
? 办理现金报销及其他现金收付业务，保管库存现金并使库存现金保持在一个合理、合规的范围内。确保所负责的各会计科目记录正确无误。
Be responsible for cash reimbursement and cost controlling, keep petty cash within a reasonable limit. Make sure all the responsible accounts are all correct.
? 了解国家外汇政策，收集准备各类银行外币收汇、付汇所需材料，保证公司日常付款顺利进行；确保公司日常的外币收付都保存有正确完整的证明材料，并满足银行和外管对外汇的监管要求；保持公司有高的外汇管理评级。
Understand the state regulations of foreign exchange, prepare documents for foreign currency payments & collections, make sure smoothly payments. To file all the necessary FX documents completely and meet the requirements from the local bank and the SAFE. Keep high ranking at the SAFE system.
? 与银行、税务局、外管局及公司各部门员工之间保持良好沟通。
Keep good communication with bank, tax bureau and SAFE and dept. in the company.
? 给公司新员工进行公司报销、付款等方面的培训工作。
Give the training to the new employees of the company on reimbursement and other payments.
? 其他相关工作。
Other tasks assigned by the company.

人员素质要求　Job Requirement
1. 学历 Education
大学本科以上学历，财务，会计或相关专业；具有会计证。
Bachelor or above Degree major in Account, Finance and etc…with accountant certificate.
2. 必备技能 Necessary Skills
? 了解中国会计制度及各项会计准则，熟悉公司各项管理制度、会计制度，具有财务专业基础知识；
Familiar with Chinese account system and rules, familiar with company management rules, account rules and with basic finance knowledge.
? 了解中国各项税收法律法规及外汇管理有关法规内容.
 Proficient in Chinese tax laws and regulations and foreign currency laws and regulations.
? 了解银行各类结算方式，如电汇、信用证等支付结算方式；了解进出口报关、国际运输、外贸等相关知识。
Comprehend kinds of bank settlement regulations, eg. T/T, B/L etc., Knowledge in customer clearance, transportation, international trade and etc...
