Responsibility:
1. Fully engage in researches, projects and make sure all the assignments are successfully executed on time and of high quality;
2. Work as a team member/lead for specific delivers with direct contact to key members of client organization;
3. Support the pre-sales activities to develop new business and opportunities including preparation of engagement proposals;
4. Support and ensure the program framework is established and its activities are successfully executed.
5. Participating in/lead the architects solutions and systems in line with best practices and reviews.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. 8+ years IT system implementation experience and 3+ years smart farm or food safety solution relevant experience, preferably process and technical consulting and IT system implemented experience within a named company in smart agriculture industry;
3. Familiar with the multiple vendors in smart agriculture market. Know how to establish a different advantage of competition in the process of solutions selling;
4. Familiar with the IoT technology and know how to adopt it in the smart agriculture solution.
5. Strong structural and logical thinking skills with great passion for a diverse and fast-paced working environment and the ability to exercise mature judgment;
6. Strong team player with humble attitude, keeping an open mind for critical thinking and alternative views;
7. Exceptional leadership within or outside a work setting who frequently takes initiative and is eager to break new ground;
8. Excellent in project management, business development;
9. Excellent oral and written communications skills in English and Japanese;
10. Being able to travel 50% or more on average every month is required.
