职位描述

Job Title: H.R & Aministration (人事专员)

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:
1. Drive the office legal and administrative tasks with Authorities, manage records.
2. Manage the daily office duties and maintenance.
3. Coordinate travels, prepare meetings and materials.
4. Prepare and manage correspondence and project files.
5. Manage parcels sending.
6. Provide assistance to handle some specific project for the office organization.

Requirements:
1. 3-4 years' significant experience in office administration for a foreign company.
2. Familiar with HR and accounting functions.
3. Honest, responsible, and working carefully and seriously.
4. Good English and Chinese communication skills, both written and oral.
5. Good PC skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
