Job Title: National BD Manager (全国业务开发经理)

Our client is a leading fashion retailer in China.

Location: Shanghai

Job Responsibility:

1. Assist with developing strategic leasing plans for retail assets, in direct support of pre-leasing and on-going leasing efforts

2. Maximize the sales efforts and impress the brand image through choose the potential location

3. Analyze the market-related information; make the strategic expansion plan for the future 3 years

4. In the course of preparing leasing plans, develop budgets and ensure adherence to them

5. Guide the stores to reach the sales target through choose the suitable location which cover the right target customers

6. Search the enough resource in order to meet the expansion of the company, ensure these locations’ quantitative and qualitative as well

7. Assist with managing the implementation of these expansion plans on time

8. Assist with managing the onsite leasing team

9. Give the proper suggestion to the internal and construction department

Job Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree in business or the equal grades

2. Relevant working experience for 5-10 years, retailer industry will be preferred

3. Have the strong marketing resources

4. Strong analysis ability and successful leading experience

5. Interest in retailer and able to growth with company under pleasure

6. Successful harvest could be found during the moment and past work experience

7. Fluent English and Mandarin

8. Honest and ethical will be necessary
