职位描述
Job title: Area Builder(店铺维护工程师)
Job Responsibility:
-Coordinate Routine Maintenance Service of stores in Southern Area
-Set arrangement for repair works of stores in Northern Area
-Work with Maintenance Manager, existing network of suppliers and contractors to arrange repair and maintenance service. Track progress of service requests and equipment replacements.
-Follow up with contractors and store management to ensure repair and maintenance work is being completed in a timely manner
-Document all assets including warranty periods
-Code all repair and maintenance related invoicing and resolve invoicing discrepancies. Track repair expenses and look for cost saving opportunities
-Liaising with external contractors and H&M Building Department, Area office and stores.
Job Requirements:
- 5years working experience of retail project or hotel project
- Can read the mechanical & electrical drawing
- Have the general idea of M&E system
- Have the general idea of maintenance service for retail store
- Major in M&E or M&E engineer is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Auto CAD
- Flexible, initiative, good in organizes and team spirit
- Willing to travel
