1. Responsible for overall management of store operations, staff, merchandise and customer service.

2. Responsible for supporting the achievement of sales objectives, maintaining and achieving high operational and merchandising standards and goals, building highly motivated teams.

3. Implement action plans to maximize and develop sales.

4. Ensure the operations are in-line with the company's overall goal.

5. Support the selling operation of the boutique by managing the operations including human resources, cleaning, maintenance, security, supplies, deposit, banking, training, POS system and communication system etc.

6. Recruit, train and evaluate retail staff in retail operation procedures.

7. Assist all departments in establishing organizational and systematic approaches towards their goals.

8. Prepare combined periodic reports on productivity, budget, scheduling, etc.

9. Manage day-to-day retail operations at the stores.

10. Inventory management, visual merchandising and administrative management.

1. At least 5 years' working experience in related industry.

2. Retail background of managing more than 1 store.

3. Preferable have luxury industry background.

4. Attention to detail, know how to motivate people, strong leadership.

5. Aggressive, responsible, passionate.

6. English speaking is a must.
