Domestic Logistics Analyst / Logistics Manager (China retail business)

Major Responsibility:

1. Inbound operation
1) Prepare inbound customs clearance documents
2) Monitor in-bound shipment
3) Solve discrepancy while receiving
4) Follow up inbound cargo information
5) Monitor warehouse inbound receiving

2. Payment request and trace for shipment from warehouse to customers
1) Prepare payment notice by manual
2) Monitor out-bound shipment and communicate with warehouse, arrange transportation from warehouse to customer within China.
3) Trace the payment from customers and update shipment report
4) Provide the relevant information as the request from customers

3. Prepare and do analysis from goods to be arrived to goods to be delivered to customers
4. Do monthly reconciliation through SAP, 3rd party logistics system/Warehouse System and Physical goods in warehouse

Requirement:

Good at warehouse management and domestic transportation in China
Minimum 3 years logistics experience in multi-national companies within China
Excellent inter-personal, analytical and communication skills
Advanced PC skills, familiar with Word, Excel and PowerPoint, especially Excel date analysis skill
Good experience in dealing with Customs
Good team player with high energy and drive
University/college education with degree in logistics major is preferred
