Handle product cost analysis across garments and give recommendations so that the best products can be developed and produced in the most cost-effective way.

· Reviewing and analysing the cost of different raw materials, components, product construction and production procedures in order to suggest the most cost-effective way to build the product
· Proposing changes in materials and construction to save costs while still maintain the quality standards
· Providing advice for the preparation of Bills of Materials which gives Commercial team the right direction for product development and production.
· Communicating in a clear and simple way so that Commercial and Technical teams can understand the results of analysis.

· Strong quotation skills and estimate costs of products is accurate (e.g. +/-5% vs actual cost)
· The cost analyses are completed on time,

Requirements:

· 10 to 15 years' experience in garment manufacturing

· Deep understanding of product development and production process

· Strong knowledge on cost of buying components and each part of the garment production process
