Title: IT Engineer

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Analysing network problems, troubleshooting, problem resolution and service restoration
- Handle software releases, configuration management and system troubleshooting
- Day to Day administration, operation and support of our network infrastructure.
- Participate in projects and the continuous improvement efforts in an international perspective
- Responsible for China store wan project
- Collaborate with other teams within the IT department.
- Maintain network documentation
- Occasional travel required
- Rotating 24/7 on-call schedule


Requirements for the Candidates:

- Extensive experience in administrating large switched networks
- Extensive experience in IS-IS, EIGRP and BGP routing
- Extensive experience in Cisco Router & Switches
- Good knowledge of Cisco WLAN infrastructures
- Good knowledge of Cisco Firewalls (PIX, FWSM and ASA)
- Experience of incident and change management in critical environments
- ITIL at a basic level
- Experience with Cisco Works
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
