职位描述

Sales Director - Food and Health Care distribution and wholesales business in China

Our client is a well-established and public-listed company engaging in food and Health Care products distribution and wholesales business in Asia Zone.
As a leading member of the sales team you will be responsible to:

To develop market strategies and business plans for your regions
To provide market intelligence and to identify business opportunities
To review and improve distribution channel strategies, enabling the company to increase market share, differentiate the company and increase profitability
To deliver high quality presentations, updates and proposals to the Executive Management Committee
To negotiate and close business deals; maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and report this to key staff
To build and maintain relationships with key business partners and agents

To be considered you have to be

Degree qualified with at least 12 years relevant experience in FMCG background with a minimum of 5 years at managerial level
Successful track record in sales environment
Demonstrated knowledge of key account management
Financial and operational competencies
Strategic ability and perspective
Good understanding of China local culture
Able to drive and lead change within the organization and work in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
Strong process management orientation
Willing to travel in China


职位:销售总监- 快消品,

(工作地:上海,北京)

岗位职责:
1、负责分公司整体营运,包括:销售拓展、市场营销企划、通路经营、质量控制、产销协调、事业部损益及人力行政财务管理;
2、贯彻公司产品之销售策略、执行公司政策、并达成利润目标;
3、合理有效计划、管理和控制各项市场及运营成本费用,达成公司的利润考核目标;
4、分析市场、客户、竞争者和其它市场的信息,提升服务水平;
5、强化分公司经营管理,以符合集团最大利益。

任职资格:
1、大专及以上学历,12年以上工作经验,担任快消品相关行业最高主管5年以上经验;
2、逻辑分析、系统思考,具备较强的敏感度和问题市场诊断及问题解决能力;
3、有丰富的团队管理、市场营销策划及统筹执行经验;
4、熟悉现代时期快消品终端通路的经验重点、现代渠道和传统商业运作方式;
5、有较强的的参与执行能力,能适应高强度的工作
