岗位职责：

1.日常HELPDESK工作,办公软硬件系统安装和维护工作；

2.公司内部电话网络管理及故障排查；

3.IT设备资产记录和管理；

4.协助主管维护公司内网部网络系统；

5.接听报修电话，并且记录维护工作日志 ;

6.协助主管保障公司内电脑、电话、软件及网络正常使用 ;

7.根据部门领导的要求制作应用电子文档 ;

8. 完成部门领导安排的其他工作任务。

岗位要求：

1. 计算机科学应用或相关专业本科学历;

2. 熟悉电脑配置和安装及软件设置;

3. 熟悉系统软件结构和硬件的配置，掌握排除一般硬件故障的办法;

4. 熟练使用Office等办公软件，会制作各类电子文档;

5. 具有良好的语言沟通技巧和团队合作精神;

6. 具有高度责任心，良好服务意识，注重细节，能适应高强度的工作压力。

The annual export of the company accounts for US$45million, and it has one affiliated factory and two stock-sharing factories as well as more than ten partner factories. The affiliated factory has 300 workers, and its major products include knitted dress and baseball caps.
Our company supplies hand-made and knitted gloves, caps, muffles, sewed baseball caps, fisherman's caps, woven and warp knitted muffles, caps, etc.. It is highly experienced in OEM/ODM business. We have some customers in Europe and USA. There are H&M, NEXT, WAL-MART, NAF NAF etc.
