工作描述Job Description:
1.负责财务外包和税务咨询部门的日常管理；
Be responsible for accounting and tax department daily management；
2.负责每月对为客户编制的会计分录，会计报告和税务报告的审核，并确保其准确性和及时性;
Monthly review of account entries, financial reports and tax reports for our client and make sure the jobs were done accurately
and timely;
3.负责每月对为客户编制的各种管理报告的审核并确保其准确性和及时性;
Monthly review of internal management reports prepared for our clients and make sure the jobs were done accurately and
timely;
4.负责日常和客户的沟通和管理，并提供有效的财务支持和解决方案;
Be responsible for daily communication with clients and give effective financial support and solutions.;
5.负责客户年度结账工作的安排并确保其有序的实施;
Organize the yearly closing for clients and make sure it can be properly implemented;
6.参与客户财务软件或ERP系统的实施（如有）;
Participate in implementation of financial software/ERP system for client if any;
7.负责部门标准操作流程的制定和实施;
In charge of drafting accounting outsourcing service Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Implementation;
8.负责为新客户设计基本的会计制度以及服务流程，并确保其得到有效的实施;
In charge of set up the basic accounting policy and service procedure for our clients and make sure it can be properly
implemented.
9.负责团队搭建和员工的培养;
Be responsible for building reasonable department structure and subordinates training;


岗位要求 Requirement:
1.8年以上的外资企业或事务所财务工作管理经验，从事过财务外包行业3年以上;
Over 8years financial management related experience in foreign companies or CPAs, at least 3 years financial outsourcing
experience;
2.本科以上财经类专业毕业;
Bachelor degree or above;
3.熟悉公司的全套账务处理以及税务申报流程和要求;
Understand whole accounting procedure and tax filling process;
4.熟悉中国会计准则及国际会计准则;
Familiar with PRC GAAP and IAS;
5.熟悉合并报告以及各种内部管理报告的编制和分析;
Familiar with consolidated report and internal management preparation and analysis;
6.熟悉企业相关的基本的法规和政策（人事制度，税务政策等）;
Understand basic corporate related policies and regulations.(HR, Tax…) ;
7.熟练掌握各种ERP系统和财务软件的运用;
Good knowledge of ERP system and financial software;
8.熟练使用办公软件（Excel, Word, Powerpoint);
Proficient in Microsoft Office; (Excel, Word,Powerpoint) ;
9.有很强的英语口语和书写能力;
Fluent in spoken and written English;
10.非常强的管理能力,能承受工作压力;
Strong management capability, can work under pressure
11.有创造力及较强的学习能力;
