1、在顾问的指导下学习客户行业特性，分析招聘职位需求；
2、协助搜寻合适的候选人，通过多种方式主动搜寻人才，与候选人进行有效沟通；；
3、定期更新人才库候选人信息；
4、通过陌生电话等途径收集行业内信息、积累资源库
5、学习行业信息，关注行业发展动向，收集行业内人才信息，积累人才资源库。
任职要求：
1、熟练的计算机应用和操作能力（MS Office操作熟练）
2、富责任心、忠诚敬业、勤奋好学、富有激情
3、思路清晰敏捷，学习能力强；
4、沟通/表达能力强，中英文佳；
公司对实习生会进行细致全面的辅导及培训，提供轻松且高效的工作环境，优秀者可提前正式录用。
