1.要求从事过IC分销业SALES / Marketing / FAE，或相关电子产品销售及市场人员，对IC 分销业有相当的理解和认识。

2.工作岗位面向Industrial Control产品市场,有医疗，监控，汽车电子或工控自动化类似产品市场经验者优先。
3.工作自觉，主动，独立，能力卓越有效率，能专注于机会发掘和项目管理，对客户，市场有准确的了解和把握。
4.英文读写能力良好，具备一定口语能力，CET-4 或以上。
5.有良好的职业操守，敬业乐业。
