1、开发、使用和维护各种招聘渠道，建立并完善储备人才库
2、分析职位需求，制定寻访方案，确定目标公司，目标人群；搜寻、评估、确认合适候选人
3、进行简历筛选、评估候选人、人员初试并提供面试报告
4、负责与候选人的互动和协调，准备相关推荐材料
5、负责相关的面试安排
6、进行各项招聘数据统计、汇总、分析工作，按时提交招聘分析报告

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，三年以上招聘经验
2、熟悉招聘流程，熟练运用各种招聘工具
3、学习能力强，勇于接受挑战
4、优秀的语言表达及沟通能力，协调能力、亲和力和敏锐的洞察能力和分析判断力
5、熟练应用计算机办公软件 举报 分享
