Job Descriptions:
We are seeking a talented histologist to join Shanghai Chem-Partner. The position is for an experienced human or veterinary histologist to provide scientific leadership and mentorship to Chem-Partner Research and Development.

The successful candidate can independently design and execute IHC work for all project such as tissues processing, embedding, cutting, IHC staining, review, imaging and data analysis. Maintain a standard and stable quality to meet experimental timelines. Develop technical skills for multiple projects require by the jobs. Prepare PowerPoint summary slides for each project to effectively organize and present scientific plans and data to provide update for the project. Contribute to writing technical reports and publications as needed.
Contribute and maintain a well organized histology/pathology laboratory, process and log in all tissues and slides in timely fashion. Maintain the histology/pathology Lab and specialize equipments in a safe and organized environment. The candidate will work closely with the in-house technologists to continually improve our capabilities and strengths.

Requirements:
1.The successful candidate will have BA / MS, or equivalent professional veterinary degree or master degree.
2.Certification in Veterinary Histology will be plus.
3.Excellent written and the ability to work independently and in teams are essential.
