职位描述：
我司正在寻找一名采购，能够参与到我司采购策略中

1. 工作范围
? 发展有效的供货策略，并与供应商建立长期的商业合作关系;
? 保持具有竞争力的采购成果.

2. 岗位职责
? 根据不同公司的需求寻找合适货源;
? 与供应商协商报价与合同，以期达到最优报价;
? 全过程中跟进整个的采购付款流程;
? 与供应商建立专业良好的关系;
? 收集和制作市场、产业、竞争策略的报告；
? 周期性市场趋势、维持具有竞争力的策略建议报告;
? 更新包括优质供应商、数据、物料安全参数的数据库，并处理每项产品的规范；
? 与同事、经理合作其它任务与商务需求;

3. 任职要求

? 至少三年国际贸易行业的工作经验（化工领域优先）;
? 高效的供应商管理、评估、协商技能，与采购能力;
? 做事有条不翁，良好的时间管理和自我管理能力;
? 在处理多项任务时保持细致入微的态度，拥有基本的项目管理能力;
? 必要时可以出差

*Our company is looking for a buyer who will proactively participate in the development and implementation of value-added purchasing strategies.

1. JOB MISION
? Development of effective sourcing strategies and build a long-term business partnership with suppliers;
? Maintain a competitive purchasing results.

2. RESPONSABILITIES
? Product sourcing as per the company requirements;
? Negotiating purchasing contracts to reach the lowest cost;
? Follow up of the assigned purchasing transactions throughout the whole process;
? Build and maintain a good professional relationships with suppliers;
? Collect and report the market intelligence, study on industry & competitors strategy and practices;
? Periodic reports on market trends, suggested strategies to maintain a competitive edge;
? Keep up an updated database of products including the qualified suppliers, technical data, Material Safety Data and handling regulations of each product;
? Assist managers and colleagues with their tasks and business needs;
3. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

? Minimum of 3 years of international trade working experience (Chemical field experience is preferred);
? Experience in effective sourcing, suppliers’ evaluations, negotiation techniques and purchase handling;
? Helpful and respectful, ability to work in a team with good communication and interpersonal skills,
? Well Organized, good time management and self-dedicated,
? Meticulous, able to multi-task and has basic project management skills;
