职位描述：
This role is within our Asia Finance Shared Service Center in Shanghai, and responsible for routine operations related to GL, tax and treasury, support GL supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure accuracy and integrity of the General Ledger for in charge entities; With GL Supervisor’s guidance, Reconcile and investigate abnormal GL accounts, make adjustment entries.
  在总帐主管的指导下，确保所负责的帐户处理准确合规，并且对非常规项目进行调查和分析，制作调整分录。
2.Prepare reconciliation on Balance Sheet accounts and other management reports in a timely manner.
  按时准备和完成复核财务报表和其他管理报表中的帐务项目。
3.Support GL Supervisor to submit for internal and external taxation and government reports according to monthly & quarterly schedules.
 支持总帐主管完成每月和每季度的对内和对外税务相关汇报，以及向相关的政府机构申报涉税事项。
4.Support internal and external audits under guidance from GL Supervisor;
 在总帐主管的指导下，支持内部和外部审计项目。
5.Ensure strong disciplines in internal control. Fully compliance with both local & US GAAP and corporate requirements.
 保证内控的高度合规性。严格遵守当地和美国会计准则以及公司的要求。
6.Identify process improvement opportunities and make recommendations.
 在工作中发现流程优化的机会，并提出建议。


Requirements 任职要求:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in Finance, Accounting or other relevant majors.
本科学位及以上，财务，会计及其他相关专业。
2. CPA, ACCA or other accounting qualification preferred.
优先考虑注册会计师，ACCA或者其他会计资质在读。
3. Good communication skills, sufficient in both Mandarin and English.
良好的沟通技巧，中英文表达流利。
4. Experience in big 4 accounting firm for 1-2 years, or Accounting experiences in MNC for 2-3 years would be a strong advantage.
四大会计师事务所1-2年工作经历，或者跨国公司财务相关3-4年工作经历。
5. Team work, a quick leaner and can work independently under pressure.
