职位描述：

Job Responsibilities:
1.负责招聘广告的撰写，招聘信息的发布，招聘网站的维护及更新；
Responsible for recruitment advertising writing, recruitment information release, maintenance and updating recruitment website;
2.负责进行简历筛选、评估并提供初步面试报告；
Responsible for the resume screening, assessment and provide a preliminary report on the interview;
3.负责对拟录用人员进行背景调查，完成录用通知；
Responsible for checking the background of the empoyee hired, and complete the Notification
4.负责建立人才储备库，做好简历管理及信息保密工作；
Responsible for establishing the talent database, resume management;
5.负责雇员的入职手续办理，岗前培训；
Responsible for hand the errollment isses, pre-job training;
6.负责试用期员工的沟通，绩效跟踪，转正评估等；
Responsible for communication, performance tracking, positive assessment of the probation employees;
7.负责协助完成公司培训需求的的调研、沟通、审核等；
Assist to responsible for the company training needs, communication, verification
8.负责各种外训及内训课程的组织，安排，效果评估等；
Responsible for the external training and house training s organizations , arrangement, performance review;
9.负责协调内部讲师的课件制作及新课程开发；
Coordinate internal courseware and new curriculum development;
10.负责管理员工培训档案及课程档案
Responsible for managing the staff training archives and courses files

Job Profile任职资格
1.Understanding of basic manufacturing management structure
2.3 years experience in hiring&Training
3.Bachelor degree above, English/HR/Management major.
4.Skillful in Office software
5.Good English both in spoken and written
6.Man will be precedence
