职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Work with product owners, artists/designers, and other leads to implement web-based client for online platform
- Continuously review and improve software architecture and drive development processes
- Evaluate middleware/technologies, write and review proposals and other technical documents, and contribute to future direction of project
- Identify and mitigate risks and champion product quality
- Hire, manage, train, and mentor team of direct reports, conduct code reviews, and assist with project planning and tasking

Requirements:
- 7+ years relevant experience
- Expertise in HTML5/CSS/JavaScript and at least 2 frameworks (Angular, React, Vue, Ember, etc.)
- Experience creating high performance websites
- Familiarity with REST, MVC, W3C standards, accessibility and usability, and other web technologies
- Pro-active team member, highly motivated, and possessing good leadership skills
- Excellent English and/or Mandarin Chinese

Desirable:
- Experience with community-centric/eCommerce websites
- Experience integrating with 3rd-party platforms (QQ, WeChat, Twitch, etc.)
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Experience with automation, CI/CD, TDD, etc. 举报 分享
